Resort Guest Policies...
1. Rule
#1 - Have fun, relax, enjoy!
Show common courtesy and respect for all
guests and staff.
2. Occupancy Policy:
a) Occupancy not to exceed six – maximum 4
adults.
b) Rates are based on four people.
c) There is a surcharge for 5th and 6th
person of $35.00 per week during peak
season and $15.00 on Memorial and Labor
Day Weekends.
d) Parents or legal guardians are
responsible for the actions of every
member of their party. Anyone under the
age of 21 cannot occupy a site without a
parent or legal guardian occupying the
same site.
3. Check-in, check out, &
cancellations:
a) Check-in is at 3 pm. Arriving guests
will be allowed to enter the resort after
3 pm. Please notify the Reservations
Office if you plan to arrive after 9 pm.
All reservations will be automatically
canceled after 9 pm as a no-show unless we
are notified. Use of the resort after
checkout is not permitted. For
consideration of your camping neighbors,
equipment set-up is not allowed after 11
pm.
b) Check out: As a courtesy to arriving
families, we request that you be mindful
of the 11 am checkout time.
c) Cancellations must be received, in
writing, at least 45 days prior to arrival
to receive a refund (less $25.00 service
charge and any non-refundable deposit).
Sorry, there are no refunds for late
arrivals, early departures or when
canceled less than 45 days. Point Sebago
strongly encourages you to purchase
cancellation travel insurance to cover any
possible losses.

4. Visitors:
a) A visitor is anyone who is not
registered on Check-in Day.
b) Resort admission fee is $10 per person
for day visitors, plus a $20 refundable
deposit to be returned when they depart
prior to 8 pm.
c) Resort admission fee for overnight
visitors is $20 per person with a $20
refundable deposit when they depart the
following day by 11 am.
d) Visitors are permitted only if they do
not exceed the maximum (6) allowed on a
site.
5. Site Awareness:
a) Tarps are not allowed on or at any Park
Home Sites, Resort Cottages, or Vacation
Homes.
b) Tents: a maximum of two tents are
permitted on a tenting site. On all other
sites or rentals, only ONE small tent
(8x8) or screen house is permitted.
Exception Grove, Island, Resort Cottages
and Vacation Home Rentals, where tents or
screen houses are not allowed.
c) Quiet hours are 11 pm - 7 am. Please
respect all of our guests and observe
these times. All guests age 20 years or
younger are required to be back on their
site by 11pm.
d) Campfires should be kept small and
within the fireplaces provided by the
resort. All campfires should be
extinguished by midnight. Campfires are
not allowed at Resort Cottages or Vacation
Home Rentals.
Cutting or trimming of
trees, branches, or underbrush on the
resort is forbidden.
e) Management reserves the right to
reassign site/rental locations. Rental
unit length and sleeping configuration are
not guaranteed from season to season.
f) Gray water cannot be drained on the
ground; this includes outside RV showers.
g) For your safety external lights are
not allowed on or at any rental unit.
6. Cars, Parking, & Bikes:
a) All vehicles, golf cars, and bikes must
be registered at the Welcome Center.
b) Only one car is allowed per site. A $3
per day charge will be assessed for any
additional vehicles. Additional vehicles
must be parked behind the Registration
Office.
c) Vehicles and golf cars must be parked
in designated areas. Golf cars must meet
Point Sebago specifications.
d) The following equipment is not allowed
on the resort: Motorcycles, mini-bikes,
mopeds, all terrain vehicles, noisy
equipment, skateboards, roller blades,
scooters, and children’s motorized and
unmotorized vehicles. Resort management
reserves the right to deny usage of any
vehicle it deems to be unsafe, excessively
noisy, or aesthetically conflicting with
the Resort.
e) Utility and boat trailers must be
parked in designated areas.
f) BIKE POLICY: For everyone’s safety, the
following policies will be strictly
enforced: Bikes must be registered and
appropriate $5.00 registration fee paid.
Registration decal must be affixed and
visible on the bike at all times. Bike
riding is allowed from sunrise to sunset.
Helmets must be worn by everyone under 16
years of age at all times. A parent must
accompany children under 8. Peg riding is
not allowed. Safe riding is expected.
Bikes must be ridden on roads or bike
paths. Bikes must be parked at designated
areas only. Any violation of the above
policies may result in termination of
usage for the remainder of stay.
7.
Beach:
a) We recommend swimmer diapers and/or
waterproof pants for toddlers that are not
potty trained. For your convenience, have
the children use the tot water playground.
b) Please keep the beach and resort clean
by using the trash barrels and dispose of
cigarettes in the proper containers.
c) Alcoholic beverages may be consumed by
adults only at your site or in the Beach
Pavilion. Alcohol is not allowed on the
beach or anywhere else on the resort at
any time.
8. Boats:
a) The Marina and docks are off limits
other than personal usage of your own
boat.
b) All power and non-power watercraft must
be registered with the marina and put on a
slip or trailered behind the Registration
Office.
c) Boat trailers are to be parked in
designated areas ONLY.
d) Pick-up and drop-off of passengers
and/or water skiers must be done at docks,
not at shoreline.

9. Golf:
a) Registered golfers only are permitted
on the golf course and golf cart paths.
Proper golf attire is required. Metals
spikes are not permitted.
10. Pets:
a) Pets are not allowed in any of the
rental units, or on the beach and common
areas.
b) Pets are permitted on annual sites,
sites on Green Road (901-929), sites on
Yellow Road (801-834), or by Resort
Cottage and Vacation Home Owners.
Restrictions apply.
c) Pets must be registered at time of
check in.
d) Only one pet per site is allowed, not
to weigh over 40 lbs.
11. Other Guest Policies:
a) No fireworks, firearms, under age
drinking or illegal drugs of any kind are
allowed on the resort. Vandalism and
pilferage will not be tolerated. Violators
will be evicted and prosecuted when
necessary. Point Sebago is not responsible
for the loss of any personal property.
Violation of any state or federal law or
guest policies by any member or guest may
result in immediate eviction of the entire
party from the resort without refund.
Policies are subject to change without
notice. All additions or deletions will be
at the discretion of the general manager.
