Memorial Day Weekend 2008...
One Customers Letter

Dear Customer Service,

Let me start this by saying that I very rarely write a letter after a vacation. I will also let you know that I am in the travel Industry and have traveled throughout the country Caribbean and Europe.

I am a working mother with 4 kids and was trying to book a vacation for my entire family and not have to spend three or 4 thousand dollars. I spend hours researching and came up with 2 possibilities. We finally decided on your resort. I was very leery because I hadn’t heard of your resort before and know no one that had heard of it before.

My husband was very anxious on the ride up considering we had booked this basically site unseen. We all know that brochure pictures or internet pictures can’t always be trusted. We also were with the mindset that if the food was awful we could always cook or go out.

We arrived and check in was a breeze. Our packet was ready no lines and our golf cart was waiting. We took the cart and packet and drove up to the park home. We were very surprised. Everything was exactly as depicted. We unpacked and looked at the activity sheet that was enclosed with our packet. We were pleasantly surprised at all the activities for all the kids.

Dinner was being served by the time we unpacked and got sorted out. We were again very much surprised at the quality of the food. I won’t go into details about each and every day but all in all This was the best value and best vacation that my children have been on. There was so much for them to do. The resort was impeccable. The service and the people working there were wonderful, always pleasant and never rude. The only complaint we had the entire time was that we had an ant problem in our unit. My kids loved everything about the resort. The best compliment though was my picky husband who told me that this was a great trip and he couldn’t believe that I had just picked it off the Internet.

Believe me that I will tell anyone who has kids to try this place out. We are already looking to see if we can get back up there again this year. I would love to thank you for making our vacation a great one. I work in the travel industry and it’s nice to be able to see a resort give exactly what they say they are going to. You are my number one pick for a family vacation. My husband comes from a family of 6 and they all have kids. We would love to be able to get a family reunion together.
